ITEM DONATION SUBMISSION

As we launch Sno-King’s 2022 Auction, our non-profit is committed now more than ever to serve our local community fulfilling our mission to build players for life. Our giving culture is the foundation of teaching the rewards of stewardship and leadership to our youth skaters, whether through our incredible network of volunteers on-and-off the ice, or through our well received and hugely successful Holiday Cookie Dough campaign driven by our youth community.

We thank you for your generosity and supporting the Sno-King Auction!

• Complete all information on the form.
• Please provide an accurate item value.
• Please provide a detailed description. We will provide these details in the auction catalog.
• Restrictions/Expiration Date: due to COVID, we are asking for an expiration date of at least 18+ months out.
• The Contact Information is the person or company that is donating an item. This is the name that will be in the online catalog, displayed online during bidding and the person/company that will receive a thank-you from us.
• Procurement forms are due by February 7th, 2022; EXTENDED UNTIL FEBRUARY 18TH!!  Late donations will be accepted on a case-by-case basis
• If you solicit an item from a person or business or if you are a person of business submitting this form, you are responsible for delivering it to Sno-King Auction staff.  Please email Alessandra Baccini at auction@snokinghockey.com to make delivery arrangements.
• We are not able to accept used items, percent off coupons or outdated software.
